Kyda Skimboards are the newest addition to the flatland skimboarding manufacture market. Owners Kyle Lynch, Dane Clark and Tim Ladner are all OG”s in the skim scene and have been repping B.C. Canada to the fullest. Kyda Creations is more than just a board company, designing and making some of the freshest clothing to rock to your next skim session and recently releasing their first full length DVD “Insufficent Funds” has put Kyda on the forefront in the game.



Kayotics board company is a rider owned and operated flatland manufacture out of B.C. Canada. Their 3-stage rocker boards provide a more “skate style” feel to the ride, oh yeah, Founder/Owner John Minns has been ripping comps and video parts for the last ten years and is a legend in the flatland game, need we say more?



Jim Gordon’s roots in flatland date back to the 90′s, when he started producing the first “twin tip” style board. To this day J-Gordon is known to make some of the most consistent boards available.



Since 1998, ZED skimboards has been producing flatland boards for the market. They offer a wide variety of shapes sizes and models.



Based out of Omaha, New Zealand, this new board company sprouted in 2008 and has taken big strides at becoming an international brand in the near future. Owner, Sam Price is always pumping out media in the forms of new edits, photos and events.


Based out of Laguna Beach, CA, Victoria Skimboards is mainly an Ocean Skimboard manufacture who has recently expanded into the Flatland market. Expect more media coming from Vic this coming season.



Widely popular, DB Skimboards are based out of Dash Point, Washington. With consistent board making and sponsoring some of the top riders in flatland skimboarding, the guys have made a big impression in the last few years and have plans to do more.

The Stillwater Project (Double DVD) is the brainchild of veteran flatland skimboarders Kyle Lynch (KYDA owner and former editor of Tydle Magazine), Dane Clark (KYDA) and Brian Kniveton (ISM) with the objective of showcasing the best flatland riders on the west coast to a worldwide audience. The goal being the creation of two completely different feature films, KYDA’S Insufficient Funds and ISM’s ITEM NUMBER NINE.


In this newly founded online magazine, Founder, Bryce Cassleman hopes to fill the void left when industry favorite TYDLE MAG closed it’s doors nearly two seasons ago. Check out the website and drop Bryce and email if you have any media or suggestions for a coming issue.



Our friends over at ISG have been pushing the sport over in their neck of the woods in big ways the last few years. Most notibly, holding the most legit indoor skim demo set-up we’ve seen to date at a huge action sports trade show event. These guys are always throwing down and putting out new media.



A relatively new site providing information on the Texas flatland skimboard scene. Our friend Mitch Elder has done great work and we wish him the best.



Owner Brandon Wright has been pushing this site for years, supporting the British Columbia skimboarding scene. If you’re ever in need of information on comps, tides and events or just want to check out whats going on up north; head over to their website and have a look.



Skimonline is the largest source for skimboarding information and media content available online. Catering to both Ocean and Flatland skimboarding alike, this site is a go to for world wide information on the sport.


Skim Culture is the works of Washington native, Matt McDonald. The website caters to both ocean and flatland skimboarding and is always being updated with content.

Ground Zero Boardshop is a Sacramento,CA based rider owned and operated skateboard/snowboard/skimboard shop. They have four locations throughout the greater Sacramento area. They offer a wide selection of skimboards including: J-Gordon Skimboards, DB Skimboards, Roush Skimboards and Victoria Skimboards


EOS is a Utah based online retailer for all action sports. For flatland, they carry Zed skimboards, 4skim Skimboards, Victoria Skimboards and DB Skimboards.
