It is all my own work on the site other than the friends section. I already have 100+ HD fully edited videos of my own lined up and ready to go up at a minimum of 1 per week, plus I constantly update the friends section with stuff I consider sick. From what I know, nobody comes close to that level of quality skim porn anywheres in the world. It’s taken me a couple years to get it ready. Oh, and hopefully get involved in more projects with companies so I can keep calling skimboarding my job.

I’ve been editing mainly skim videos for a long time now, but nobody ever took me serious with it, and neither did I. I fell off a couple years ago because I was fed up with this sport, broke and was giving so much to it and seeing nothing. Than one day I stopped being a bitch and really stuck my own foot up my ass and made it happen. I love the sport and I am an extremely passionate person, so I hope my site shows this.
What do you think is the main thing holding skimboarding back from going mainstream?It is not accesable to people and the learning curve is slow. Even though you can do it anywheres. I think most people do not take our sport serioulsy because they want to see people riding the illest shit ever like the level surfing is at now. People are nieve and racist in general before a specific something comes out and gets through their thick skulls. I know in my heart it’s gonna happen at some legit level, but when I don’t know. I’m giving all i can to make it happen.
West coast guys are better because they grew up with it, and theirs waves have more power on a regular basis. West coasters are no better than East coasters, they just have more stuff to practice on and more teachers, so it results in better style and more media exposure. It’s changing though big time. Florida fucking destroys everyone on new school, and I beleive Nj holds it down strong for some legit surf/skim liners. Take the west coasters and put them on our liners here, and a majority of em can’t ride it well cause they have no surf flow, and get em to do switch 540 shuvs. Nope. but most of us have no clue how to pull in at wedge… It is changing thouugh. My good friend Ron Deily went pro this year skating and he pretty much only does tech shit, not rails. That’s like going pro in skimming riding nothing but gulf coast and getting mad respect. It will happen soon enough as long as people stop trying so hard to be something they are not. If you ride small waves, focus on what makes it fun, not BIG HACKS. That’s lame.
I’m broke . If someone throws me a bone i’ll go and make it happen. Till than I have deleware, NC, Long island, NJ and cali stuff coming. I’m trying to move back to Cali in a couple months, so well see.
What was/is your roll with the jersy shore skim camp?I am the current Administrator of the camp as well as the guy who does most of the artwork. Felecia Stratton handles all the financial aspects as well as the buisness advertising stuff. We both discuss what is the best approach to the camp and basically run it together. It’s a really nice relationship we have due to our differences in age and ideas.

I won’t compare “ocean/flatland” to rollerblading/skateboarding cause I don’t think that’s how it is. It’s more like surfing to skimboarding. I hardly see anything proffesionally edited come out of flatland, and I think that’s a huge part of it. Nobody wants to see a skim video with 500 Backside wraps using the same song the UST video just used, yet kids do it anyways, but somehow it’s still looks cooler than flatland.
WHY?
I think Flatland is a Bi-product of “ocean” skimming and just like surfers look down on skimmers, I think it’s partially due to skimmers looking down on Flatlanders. I personally have only been stoked on like 5 things that came out of Flatland 
and I’d like to think I stay pretty open minded. I’ve done flatland and it’s fucking hard! So i’m not dissing the level of what’s happening, but I do think that more originality need be documented in a better way. Stop. You guys Flatland because you love it. Show us the reasons why so we can understand it’s not just boring. Bearded set the bar at one point, and if Flatland is actually sick enough it will have someone come along to support it the same way. If not than people need to le it be where it’s at and just shred it hard out of love. Skimming will never be where surfing is, but it’s just as sick in it’s own way. Same goes for flatland in my eyes.
I worked hard on it, but not nearly as much as people give it credit for. I had been stock piling footy for 2 years when I decided to take some enjoyable stuff from the seasons and use it, but it scratches the surface on my work. I think it was almost like a mini 10th st bros video due to how spread out the clips were in time, and that made it so popular for a free edit.
I was really hesistant to do it because I hadn’t exposed anything of my footage and I was afraid it would blow it for me, but Victoria treats me well and I wanted to help em out. People keep coming back at me saying how they “saw that clip in the random analog edit”, and I feel like they don’t have any idea how much I kill myself to make it all happen just so they can tell me how much my shit sucked, but it doesn’t matter because life sucks, get a helmet… step my game up ya know.. Just like all things in my life, I never stop trying to out- do myself. That edit was fun for me but it I consider way more of my videos better work. I just hope people feel the same when they wrap their head around what i’m doing. If not than I’ll just try again!
People being real. We all shit, party, love, hate, cry, shred, chill, do drugs, have families, fart etc. Skateboarding has this, why don’t we?
